What is contract administration?  


Contract administration involves managing the contractual agreement to ensure a smooth execution and completion of the project. A contract administrator fulfils a range of responsibilities for their clients, from initial drafting and negotiation of contracts to overseeing their final fulfilment.

In addition, we collate and issue variations to the contract, assessing the impact of proposed changes on the project’s cost and, where necessary, schedule and negotiate adjustments.
